Turkey Brine


For a delicious and succulent turkey, use our brine with a special blend of herbs, spices, and fruit. Directions: Combine the contents of the jar with one gallon of boiling water for a turkey up to 14 lbs. Cool the brine thoroughly and refrigerate until chilled. Put thawed turkey, brining mix and an additional gallon of water into a large container or bag so that the turkey is completely submerged. Keep refrigerated or on ice for 12-24 hours. Before roasting or frying, rinse with cold water and pat dry. Ingredients:  kosher salt, brown sugar, orange peel*, orange slices*, apples, cranberries, sage*, rosemary*, thyme*, black peppercorns* & juniper berries*. *organic
