This whole-spice blend was inspired by the Low Country Boils of South Carolina and Georgia. This traditional, celebratory feast featured potatoes, corn, sausage, shrimp, and crabs boiled together in a large stock pot. Our seafood blend is perfect for steaming all seafood. Highly aromatic it is also great as a bouquet garni for soups and stews, or grind it for just about any dish. Ingredients: mustard seeds, black peppercorns, allspice berries, cardamom seeds, bay leaves, cloves, red chili flakes, ginger, celery seeds, & mace.
