Relief for IBS

Relief contains herbs and spices that are traditionally used to lessen the symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

Ingredients:  powders of cinnamon, cardamom, fennel, ginger, peppermint, and anise.

Sprinkle one tablespoon on food per day, use in a salad dressing, or make a tisane by boiling one tablespoon of the powder mixture in 10 ounces of water.  Strain with a coffee filter or gauze.  Sweeten to taste with sugar, agave, honey, or stevia.  Drink one glass before a meal once per day.
